The founders of Flipside Innovation continued to observe the same patterns play out. Software systems were being developed without user input, lack of strategic vision for how the system fit in the greater tooling ecosystem, unwillingness to challenge outdated assumptions, and short of a design-focused approach. At Flipside, we call this building small.
They saw this as a great opportunity to deliver meaningful change by introducing a new mindset.
